ACADEMICALLY RANKED 15TH IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA
Wickenburg Unified School District (WUSD) has an excellent reputation for educating its students and is focused on balancing a core curriculum of Math, Science, Language Arts, and Social Studies with enriching areas such as the Fine Arts, Physical Education, Technology, and Career and Technical Education (CTE).
Recently, the Arizona Department of Education released their new “A-F” grading system for schools and school districts. Wickenburg Unified School District was ranked 15th in the state in academics, just one (1) point below an A rating.
WUSD is becoming a lighthouse school district, and our students are the big winners. They will continually grow academically and will be better prepared for continuing their education through our WUSD staff’s tremendous efforts and hard work towards fulfilling our focus statement, specifically moving each student to the next level academically.
